How can I book?

Bookings can be made via the GloFox application, by contacting us or sending us a message.

Do I need to do anything before attending my first class?

Please fill out our studio registration form before your first class, this includes a disclaimer and a section for any health conditions. Let your instructor know about any injuries at the start of your class so they can make any necessary modifications.

What do I need to bring?

Comfy workout clothes, grip socks and a bottle of water.  Mobile phones must be switched to silent and personal items to be left in the designated areas. We're not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

How often should I do pilates?

We recommend starting with 1-2 sessions per week before gradually increasing the frequency of your sessions.

I don’t have grip socks - can I buy some there?

Yes, grip socks are available to purchase at our studio, please request at reception upon arrival. 

I’m pregnant. Can I attend?

Some of our classes are suitable for pregnancy. Please make us aware before attending class.

Is car parking available?

Yes, you may park for free for two hours maximum at the Cedre Villas Community Centre.
