Suitable for all experience levels, it blends strength and stretch to improve balance, control, mobility, and body awareness.

Intermediate

This strength-focused class supports muscle, joint and bone health while improving posture and overall balance.
Regular practice helps enhance body composition and long-term wellbeing.
Minimum 10 prior reformer classes required.

Dynamic

This low-impact, athletic-focused class combines reformer pilates with controlled, dynamic movement to build strength without stressing the joints. It enhances coordination, stability, mobility and endurance while supporting long-term joint and bone health.
Designed for those looking to move stronger, faster, and with greater control.

Stretch & Restore

This Pilates-based stretch class uses the reformer to support safe, effective lengthening and improved joint mobility.
Through assisted and resisted movement, it encourages proper alignment, relaxation, and balanced flexibility.

Teenager Pilates

Designed for teenagers, this reformer class supports strength, mobility, and control.
